YES THEY REALLY DO. and now that they are going to split from Ebay this Means they are going to be EVEN MORE STRICT... I had 2 of my paypal accounts limited guess why?.... Bcuz I was Receiving TOO MUCH MONEY..( isnt that just retarted) I mean that is what paypal is for. to do business and make money right.
Im movig to my own Website now to sale all of my products with a payment processor that doesnt assume everyone is fraudulent. I will now only be creating stealths to advertise one Ebay and get traffic to my site.. I wont be selling there and receiving money in paypal... Im so done with PAYPAL!

true but when you provide all your personal info. give them the tracking number etc etc...then the buyers scams you well your out of that $$$ because we all know that ebay/paypal will favor the Buyers ... not only that paypal will just randomly freeze your accout.. what you gonna do then i mean im legit I gave them all my info and they still wont release my funds..
