So just spent literally all day on this one slight issue that's been bugging me.

I was trying to add bank acct to my PP and it kept telling me to verify my number before I could add the bank to my PP.

Dude tried everything. Even bought a real home phone with exact same details as pp acct and correct area code and literally nothing worked.

then I tried the first original number that was on the acct when I purchased it and it worked ofcourse BUT I don't have access to it.

so tried a new number with the exact same service provider as the one that was originally on the account and still didn't work.

my conclusion is that the verification will only work with the OG number that was first used to make the account and nothing else will work to verify.

NOW IM GOING TO BED BECAUSE I HAVE A HUGE HEADACHE FROM EXPERIMENTING WITH THIS ALL DAY.

Sometimes if you just let it sit and wait a week or so it will let you add a bank without doing anything

I found this to be true myself
BUT
Even the original number sometimes doesn't work either unfortunately and the youre in a real bind...
