Sending Limit for new accout?

Hi guys,

I would like to know if there are some limits to send payment with credit card, for new account?
Here my experience, I created two accounts, both are blocking me to send payment befere one or two first payments.
With the first account I made a payment for 35 euro and another one for 200 euro, after that it was no possible to send another payment for 200 or more euro.
With the second account I made just one payment for 305 euro, after that it was no possible to send another payment!
The error I get is: "Please go to www.paypal.com to confirm your credit card before you complete this purchase".
What kind of limitations? I also verified my Entropay Virtual Card...
If a call Paypal support, they didn't gave me an exactly answer about the problem. An agent even unblocked the system to let me to complete the payment for 4 hours, but it didn't worked!
Please note that there are nothing denied transaction on the history, only the Paypal agent can see...

Technically there are no limits for sending payment
BUT
Youre trying to send large amounts of money on brand new accounts.
Paypal's security is flagging it as a high risk transactions and stopping them.
They suspect fraud.
Sounds like youre moving funds from one account to another which is a big no-no.
Keep it up and they'll shut down those accounts altogether.

Large amount of money?
I tried to pay for 200-300 euro...
I don't understand the reason why. No one can make purchases for 300 or more euro? It sounds strange! Paypal is just for little value goods only?

You need to start slow and with little amounts at first. Later you can make larger payments.
