Paypal limited, some questions

So paypal has limited my account. A friend sent me 100 euros friends/family. I spent the 30 on ebay so 70 left.
Now paypal limited my account and ask for photo id, provide invoices, provide proof of delivery etc.
I know that there is no chance to lift the limits so i ask this:
paypal allow me to refund the 100 euros to my friend BUT i need 30 euros more to do this. I can also deposit money from bank. Do you think that if i deposit 30 i could easily refund the 100 to my friend without problems and save the money?

If your friend sent as s family/friend, you can't refund the money anymore, if the friend sent for goods/services you can refund the funds!

In this case, the receiver account has been limited, so yes you can. Paypal will give you that refund option.

OP, If I were you, I wouldn't add money from my bank account to a limited paypal. Instead, I'll opt for a prepaid card and add 30 euro to it.
