Need Certificate of Incorporation or Company Accounts

I was a fool and tried to change my business name on my account as the business I have been registered under has been dissolved for the past two years. I immediately got hit with a minor limitation and requests for more information about my account.

I have been fully verified with documents and everything since 2011 but since I did this it seemed to trip a wire and have them looking for documents, specifically certificates of incorporation or company bank accounts.

This would be no problem as I was able to download the certificates online, problem is the company name was changed and the name of the company previously is still on the certificates of incorporation.

Is there anyone about who can change the name of the company on the document as this previous name is associated with my old limited account and I have been using this account legitimately on ebay?

Would it be better to go through the process again and register as a new company or a sole trader? This seems really suspicious and dodgy, probably what prompted the check for documents in the first place.

Really annoyed that I have slipped up like this, I didn't even make any changes to the business information I just clicked on it and it may sink my business.
