Paypal accounts got linked and limited because of money transfers

Yes Guys,
the problem was the Lithuanian PP.

I created a new PP using Latvian PP and it accepted it ! This info maybe useful for some Lithuanians.

But now I have some smaller issues:

1) Maybe some of you could recommend me a VPN with lots of Latvian Ip`s, or some other solution ?

2) Paypals PP code is NOT VISIBLE In Entropay vcc statement. I can see that the amount is reserved, but no info about it in a statement. Maybe I just have to wait ?
