Hi, I have stealth paypal na ebay account. Paypal few weeks ago ask for more information because gone over the yearly limit, I not answer. Now, I have just limited account. If I don't answer and finish selling on ebay, they take off limited then start new year on April 2016 or they permanent limited it. I am so sorry for my English and thanks for help.

why not to buy documents of marketplace and give them information which they want? it's usually just proof of address and ID they need if they don't care much about items.
Proof of address I have but I will be need ID, because I am not sure if I give them my original before for suspended account. Where I buy it and how much?
