Paypal limited. Change of business activity?

Just had my good paypal account (4 years) limited due to a change in business activity?.

I usued to sell to a guy in US once a month, maybe $4-500 but I then started advertising the goods on US forums, cutting out the middle man so now 90% of my sales are in dollars which Im sure has flagged my account.
Paypal have asked for the following info;

Business Model Information:
- Give a projection of the volumes you expect to receive each month for the next 6 months (specify currency).
- Give a full description of the items sold or services provided.
- Specify the average dispatch and delivery timeframes for the items sold.
- Provide the name and address of your main suppliers.
- Provide details of any other sales venues you use (physical store/showroom, website...etc.)

Provide tracking numbers/proof of delivery for at least 5 transactions received in last two months into your PayPal account


I can provide the info, albeit, it will be bit vauge as its 2nd hand car parts I buy and sell so supplier info will be sketchy.

Is there andthi g elae I should be worried about?

no, that's very normal. i get this on accounts that have been hibernating for years or i slam an account with a big surge in sales when it normally doesn't see much.

Should I explain the sudden surge in $$ sales and then give the imfo they want?
Or just bluntly answer the questions?

My account has always been active with sales from uk buyers. Its just recently the US has been very lucrative for me and , greedily, Ive kind of neglected the UK side of my sales

Give them what you are comfortable to give....

You were given a chance to sell on the US market and you took the opportunity...



Of course, paypal is your choosen option to get payment because of its flexibilty...

Hey there
Had the exactly same thing few weeks ago.
Ive provided them: 1) ID , 2) Answers to all quesiton (IVE CLEARLY STATED THAT IM DOING DROPSHIP) 3) Invoices i had from my Supplier (i dont do amazon to eBay though).

They have released my restrictions, BUT did put 20% pending fees on my account.
Should be allright though

Well I spent last night laying out a well worded explanation and provided all the info asked for, will transaction ID and tracking numbers relevant to that order, uploaded pics of my stock and provided supplier info as best I could.
Waiting game now

How did this turn out? As I'm now waiting on exactly the same limitation (change of biz act.) - albit with slightly different questions. Sorry for the bump but would be good to hear. Hopefully it turned out positive for you.
