Lightbulb Paypal limited many accounts after 1st sale of ~$500 items, doing it some years

Hi!
Over a year I was creating new paypal and ebay accounts, on the same day I list a item for sale, item get sold for around $495 I got money in paypal account, wait 21 days and withdraw it. I'l do it like 70 times, last time was in June start, always worked well.
Now I am doing the same thing, but immediately when item solds, paypal gets limited without e-mail notification and in paypal it says - we need more information about your recent sales.
I don't understand why is that? Because I was doing the same thing very long time, but this is just now, does they have new limitation system or something now?
All about my last 15 accounts has been limited, with ebay it is all good.

I am always using mobile internet broadbend (modem) that every time give me the new ip adress and before I create an account I clear all the cookies. Every account has different name, adress, phone number etc.
I sell newest iphones all the time.

What I think can be a problem?
Recently before my accounts get limited I log in google chrome with my gmail account so I have all my bookmarks etc things and that account stays in there. I didn't think it is a problem, because when I create new accounts I always clear cache from both browsers and only use Firefox to register accounts. Don't log off from my google chrome account. I don't use chrome at all when I am registering new accounts.
What you think? This can be something?

I don't think it's because it is new account and I receive a lot of cash after about 12 hours, because all the time with about 70 accounts there was no problems and last one was about 3 weeks before.

I hope someone can help me with something, Thank You!

I use same password for all the accounts, is that can be a problem? I think no.

OP- it's suggested that accounts can be linked by passwords, yes. Moving forward don't take the chance- use something like LastPass to easily be able to have different passwords for all new accounts.

Good luck.

+1.

Your post adds absolutely nothing, it actually detracts from the site. Surely you have something better to be doing.

Really?
I am doing this for longer than year with about 70 accounts which 1st sales was in 12 hours after I created it and what I sold was newest iphone for about $495 and never get limited, just if I make some mistake with IP or something which I don't know so much about it in start.
I got these limitations just now in these last 15 days.
Also withdrawing money after 30 minutes when funds was available and all the money was in there, never got limited for doing that, I understand if it would be with some accounts, it would be just a luck, but it was with so many accounts myself plus my friends accounts who did the same thing.

Today I try with new account, new windows, new mac, new ip, same thing happened, same limitation.
Can they have new system for robot who places limitations now suddenly?
Because I don't see another possible solution right there.

you should know yourself whether youre scamming

newest iphones $495?? haha

youre playing a number game , 70 accounts you wont jackpot all 70 accounts.. u cant fool paypal system they will notice a pattern and limit you. youre playing the 21day, chances are your not even sending those invisible phones. you are playing your luck when buyers dont complain before the 21days. after 21days the actual day money release, you cant instant send payment after 30 minutes, they have soft limit. you cant be doing this forever, they will manually notice a scamming pattern here.

I understand, there is no problem in browser, ip or anything.
I tryed sell something for $40 and all went well, then i sell something for $450 and again same limitation, I tryed new account, sell something for $395 and again same limitation, now I am trying $295.
But why is that? Never saw this before. If someone want to sell something for about $350? It means they account always will be limited after that sale. It's stupid.

Well thats a first.. Being linked by passwords lol...

Its definately more because of the high risk item you are selling on the account.

High values will trigger limitations to.

For example ipad 2 for $200 dollars wouldn't be the high risk item?
Because it isn't the newest.
I think they limited accounts, because I sold newest models.

i dont think it has anything to do with your methods but yes change your passwords get a password generator similar passwords across different accounts is no good.

selling high risk items on the very first day you create the account is discouraged by many of the marketplace sellers here on the forums that sell ebay accounts. It will raise red flags right away especially when they are apple iphones in the electronics category of ebay.

i am surprised you got away with this for awhile but it appears they caught onto it and are now limiting immediately because they found the pattern. its not so much whether its a scam or fraud situation the amount will trigger their algorithm system to react and start a manual probe into your account. whoever probes your account probably tells their paypal supervisor and they eventually put new altered rules into the paypal system

the way i learned about paypal is that security checks drop off when the ebay account ages.....that means within time you can sell more expensive items and nobody will probe you and leave you alone.

Limation details what I always get for about now 25 accounts:
PayPal is constantly working to ensure security by regularly screening the accounts in our system. We recently reviewed your account, and we need more information to help us provide you with secure service. Until we can collect this information, your access to sensitive account features will be limited. We would like to restore your access as soon as possible, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

Jul 20, 2016: We need some more information about some of your recent sales.

(Your case ID for this reason is PP-004-970-802-045.)

How can I get my account access restored?
It's usually pretty easy to take care of things like this. Most of the time, we just need a little more information about your account or latest transactions.

To help us with this and to find out what you can and can't do with your account until the issue is resolved, go to the Resolution Center.

We'll review the information you provide and email you if we need more details or when your account is back to normal.

Once you complete all of the checklist items, your case will be reviewed by one of our Account Specialists. We will send you an email with the outcome of the review.

How much funds?
Yes, immediateley after purchase I got limited, do you got the same limitation that I have?
When I try it sold ipad 2 for $60 I choose shipping time 1 day and 3 sentences in description and after that purchase paypal was okey, I do it 2 times, but if I try something bigger or write description about waiting time, then my paypal account get limited, I don't know what to do.
Maybe if we write to paypal facebook, twitter, call them etc about this problem, then maybe they will fix it sooner, just need many people who don't like this stuff and will contact them on all platforms. I already did on facebook, didn't get response yet.

It is a new stuff, it wasn't before.
I think it is just with european accounts, that is bad, because if it would be with US accounts, there will be much information about it, questions etc.
