Best Bank to withdraw after 180 days Limited Help

I have two stealth pp accounts that will be able to withdraw after 180 days soon. Now I heared that BOA accepts mismatching name. I also heared that BOA account can be closed if you withdraw the large amount. Therefore, my two pp accounts have 700usd (Allow to withdraw next month) and another one has 1650usd (Allow to withdraw Jan next year).

If I withdraw, will my BOA account become suspicious or closed?? My BOA account opened since 2013 but I will open two more accounts for withdraw. Also how often you can withdraw per week? What are other banks that accept mismatching name?

The USA has more than 7000 registered banks. Virtually all of them accept mismatched name deposits.
You will not find a thread on this forum about a credit union or a small local bank being closed for stealth ebay tactics.

Pretty much all internet only banks will not allow mismatched deposits along with prepaid debit cards.
