hello, i have a question, im for Israel, if i buy a new US account PP AND EBAY verificied, i heard there will be trouble to transfer from US PP TO ISRAEL PP?
because my PP is connected to my ebay israel suspended account.

But i want to buy US account with 500-1000 limit, then what should to do?

There will be troubles in transferring from PP to PP generally.

Bank account is the way to go.

israel account currently not working any more

Where in the policy does it say after 180 day limitation they will can require id before withdrawing ..Am i missing that part ? ON THE US PP POLICY??
