New to Ebay Stealth

i need tips for eBay Stealth, 21 day holds and new accounts in general.

[21:56:17] Fireborn: 1. I will be selling my personal fitbits can they be affected by VERO , 2. What is the percentage chances of the paypal having a 21 day hold and if so when will it get removed 3. Would you reccommed buying the eBay Stealth ebook for this?
Also at the start will there be that hold where i need to put tracking or will i get the money instantly, if not what do i need to do to remove this
