If you don't send docs in Europe, you will get limited after your first 2500 euro.
You need to add a card to be "verified", but unless you don't send docs you are not verified at all.
In USA you add a card and a bank and that's it. You instantly get LOWER chances of get limited, but in europe they hunt for docs. Without them, you dead.
