With entro pay to view the card number im aware you have to top up,
will this also make visible the vcc?

The card number and the VCC are the same thing

He means you cannot see the card number until you have a balance on the card by topping it up.

Yes OP you need to add money to get the card details which then makes all the details show in front of you.

In the past you would get the number even before topping up. They stopped that because people were using the card numbers for things like free trials and entropay weren't making any money with such users.

Entropay has stopped working on EB here in the States, is it still good in the UK?

It's is not good in the UK anymore for PayPal

For eBay it can work sometimes still
