Can I use my own credit card to lift limit of PP?

I just have two credit card, and can I use the new one which I never use on ebay and paypal to got limit lift of paypal.

I just means could paypal see my own name and address, course this time I sign up for a new information which is not mine.

I just want the answer of this question, no other sloution could be provide, thanks!

Several threads on this.. I recommend you do not use your credit or debit card on a stealth account for many reasons.
