Paypal question

My question is,

I have tons of money in PayPal that got limited almost 6 months ago now, cant wait. I will get my money back and make tons of stealth accounts for the future.

If one of my stealth accounts gets limited then I wait 6 months, is the address on the account the address they will send my check too or can I change the address to what ever I decide. Also with the bank account too, can I change it also.

I can just tell them that I moved or something. Thanks for any help giving.
