If you're using one eBay account with one new paypal every time then linking doesn't matter go ahead and do it. If you're using multiple eBay accounts with one pp account then no don't link.

To answer your last question, no.

What do you mean you have to link your paypal account to your ebay with 10 listings? Are you saying if you list over 10 items at one time or if you list 10 times that this is required?

basically when you start selling you have to set up a seller account and verify cc and bank account and most people just go ahead and do so by linking their pp account because it is easy and already has all the information on it so all you have to do is log in to your pp account and then you're done and can sell. Or you can go under addresses in your account and link your pp account from their and then later on delete the address and remove the billing agreement from the pp account which will clear you up.

Jerky im a bit confused. Does it matter on the addresses of the account. Since my pp is a different address than my ebay one. What happens if your ebay account gets banned? Does the pp get banned also? I never done it this way

Hi. When linking accounts eBay and pp don't confirm anything which will hinder you in selling at the moment (address differences), but in an overall scheme of things they do keep track of the "link" for in the future they can do reviewing of your account by hand and see the differences in account addresses and other stuff. So, if you're selling and you have no problems then you can sell all day long without eBay or PayPal looking at you. So, if your eBay account does get suspended it will 99% of the time not affect your PayPal account so you're good unless someone files claims, just remember you will not be able to use this paypal account again for any other eBay account or it will instantly get taken down. Now, if paypal gets limited their is a good chance that your eBay selling will be restricted until the account is unlimited, but it is not a 100% sure thing if their is not a good enough link between the two which is debatable (buying will still be okay). Hope this helps.
