Can you file a paypal complaint against one of your other paypal account?

This might sound silly but if sent $70 to a unverified paypal account that you created with a fake name and address etc can you file a paypal complaint against that fake name and get your money back?

I transferred $70 and pretended it was a payment for services and a hitachi Am/FM bookshelf stereo

I wanted to use that $70 to pay for auction listing fees but I can't use that money unless I verify a bank account.

Well- u can, but its not advised, all those complaints get recorded in your master file at pp..
Why dont u just add the bank acct and verify it??

why not refund? and you can pay your ebay fees through your pp balance without a bank account.

I use Ioffer and I want to pay my sellers fees with paypal but I thoughtt if it Use my primary account they can track me and block me from selling at ioffer since I got blocked in 2007.

I don't think ioffer is that sophisticated to tell you the truth. I have had an account for about four years and never any problems. Ioffer is just lucky if the sellers pay their fees and their happy so I don't think they check, I have gone months past due and ioffer has never done anything to my account so I think they are just happy that you pay and don't track anything.
