 Several PayPal Questions.
Hi Guys, I have a few questions to ask about PayPal.
A bit of info to help with questions and answers: I have used PayPal and eBay before. My account is limited forever. A friend of mine and I have decided it'd be best if we return to eBay and PayPal but I want to make sure I don't mess things up for the two of us.
The eBay and PayPal accounts are already opened and sitting there. Both put in his name. We have already verified the SSN for the Patriot Act. Everything is in his name.
Now, the issue I am having is using a Pre-Paid Debit and the Account number with it. He don't like the idea of having a Pre-Paid Card company holding his SSN. So, if I opened an account with the Walmart MoneyCard (GREEN DOT) in MY name but use his address and ZIP, would eBay or PayPal be able to find out the name of the Card Holder or Account Holder?
If it Matters, we have decided to be paid by PayPal VIA Check from Paypal 2 times per month.
