Using your VBA paypal accounts to pay for stuff?

I hear some people say, I use my accounts to pay for cell phone bills or pay for my gas; how do they do that? You can't add money to a vanilla visa/mastercard right? And you can't go to other websites to login to your paypal account to pay for stuff cause I thought you could get linked that way; so how do people use accounts(that have vbas) to pay for their extra stuff.

OP did not mention stealth account.

OP just mentioned that people have said that they pay for things directly from PayPal. The PayPal card would be how that is possible.

Some people may have legit PayPal accounts that they can get a PayPal card for and still choose to use a VBA.

OP mentioned they wanted to pay with VBAs paypals. They do not want to sign into paypal in case they were linked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be an exception in the USA for such accounts to have paypal cards..... think about the conditions of having such cards.

They are talking about certain stores like Dollar General that accept paypal in store. No card needed. The problem is paypal denies most of these transactions.

A lot more stores are now accepting paypal but I can see this as a huge risk in the eyes of paypal

If it is a paypal linked to a selling eBay account the safest option is to just withdraw your money and than spend it anyway you like

Or use funds on eBay, but off eBay I can see this causing many security issues leading to limitation followed by producing ID and other documents

I think paying cell phone bills, utilities, etc, comes down to your provider and if they allow online payments with paypal in general. They would also need to accept mismatched names (most probably just want their money anyway).

After checking my personal electric and cell phone, neither allow paypal payments :(

I've never tried paying in store with paypal though; I'd imagine they would be sticklers on out-of-state transactions...
