It asks me to link my debit car when click on lift limit. I did forget to link my debit card when i made the account. Am in the process of doing that. However when i chose to link my debit car it says i have $500 left to withdrawl. Has paypal stolen my money. Will linking my debit card do anything?. Any idea one whats going on. I thought i had a $500 a month limit?. This is strange. Thanks. This popped up around the time i hit around $400 in pending funds
