PayPal business account, EIN *AND* SSN

I just started to open up a new PayPal business account.

I previously went through the steps of registering a corporation to get a legal business name and tax EIN number.

On the next page, they still asked for the SSN and birthday of the primary contact, even though I had already provided all of the information and EIN of the corporation.

"This information is required to verify your identity. This helps us keep the PayPal community safe as well as meet government regulations.

The PATRIOT Act requires all financial institutions to ask for your Social Security number and confirm your identity to help prevent money laundering."

They tend to do that if you open a business account straight away, but I've never had them ask for a SSN if you open a personal account first, then upgrade to business.

I have created the personal paypal account, and paypal still ask the last 4 digit of SSN and DOB when I try to upgrade into premier business account. How can we work around the issue?
