PP does not recognize computer topic moved to Subscribers area

What's up with moving that topic to the Subscribers area?

Question: I have no problem buying a Subscription to this forum, but it is safe to put CC info in there? There is also a way to pay with PP. Wouldn't that be a flag to PP if you have a purchase on your account for a service whose purpose is to get around their rules?
