payapl wont accept any card due to address not matching

hi , I am having a small problem , I don't know where I went wrong ?
I have just created an eBay Stealth account , , then I started a new paypal account .
when I come to the page where it ask you to add a card, I have tried both of my real cards, credit card and debit card, and it keeps telling me that the address doesn't match the cards address .
anyone help

VCC a real card will not work because it fails the address match.

Real plastic cards will fail the AVS checks.

You need a VCC.

do you think , that I should still continue with this account with a vcc even though it failed the first 2 cards.
it wont look suspicious?
