Default URGENT help needed

Ok so here is the scenario

I purchased a account of a lad here not too long ago
Now this is my first time withdrawing money
I added a brand new debit card account onto it
I tried to withdraw and it wants me to verify this device
So i tried doing so but it doesnt allow me to change the phone number nor the credit card information

What can i do?


All help really appreciated

I've had this issue. It is almost impossible to add/change the phone number on paypal and I've had this issue a lot when trying to add the bank account.

I waited a few days, tried again, same issue..... waited again and it worked! There are a few threads on the forum about this topic, it isn't as dire as it seems.

We have it a bit different in the USA YEbayY

The account was 100% bank verified before adding this withdrawal method?

There is a few threads about not recognizing this device. Sometimes it falls off after a day or two.

Ok, so if you added an actual savings or checking account to the paypal account, you should be able to withdraw. You will however need to verify the bank.

You have 2 options to do this: either log in to the bank account for instant verification or have paypal deposit 2 small deposits in your account and you confirm it. 2nd option takes 2-3 days.

I'm assuming you tried to verify your device?
Yes i did however the mobile number used was the one the buyer set up so i cant use

so fu**ing frustrated right now man

Understandable, maybe someone will chime in. I've never purchased a pre-made account so not sure how this work. Did you ask the person you bought it from on how to go about it?

This issue is also here in the US. I've encountered it numerous times. It will not allow to change the number and if it does, when you go to verify this device the number disappears and you have to manually add it. After it's added you get the "this number does not appear to be registered to you" error. I had to call.

What people dont seem to realise is even though this is important to you. We sellers do have a life outside the forum.

Calling could leave an account that is only a few months old like YEbaY's very vulnerable if they start giving him the 3rd degree!

I still don't understand why people would use the mobile app... it's limited and more experienced sellers prefer to use a real desktop browser for something like this.
