 paypal limited beacuse of diffrent IP
Hello i tried to make a purchase from paypal account i created (other data than mine) and now i got machine limited... i changed password and qwestions but now i need to add a credit card. So i think i can get a entropay card but i dont know can i use this VCC instead of this account if he already have putten then surname of account when i try to make the last step, and the billing adress to should i give my own or other ?
