LLC/EIN Addresss

I have a stealth in a different state than where I live and I filed for an LLC in my state but put the physical address of the llc out of state and as the stealth address. Is this correct? Or is it the EIN that needs to have the stealth address. I did the same for the EIN too. I cannot provide my personal address because it has been previously banned.
