$10k is a particular threshold in the USA for cash deposits within 24-hours. Your deposits weren't cash, but it could easily just be a general threshold to cause a manual review/risk assessment for Key.

Even so, youd think since ive gotten mny deposits previously that they wouldnt react that way. Oh well, it is what it is now...and my initial inquiry was nothing to do with the bank end anyways.

Thing is paypal can/does remove the bank account AND limit paypals for these types of transactions.

Going to depend on the standing of your account what the overflow is.
