Confirming a Bank Verified PP Enough or Need 1.95 CC Verification?

I have a question about 3 different verification settings:

1) VBA Verified PP
2) VBA Verified + VCC added
3) VBA verified + VCC added + VCC 1.95 confirmed

For purposes of being fully verified, if I do #3 do i have better chances of shopping with paypal and not getting canceled orders? I am currently at 2 and 1 for 2 PP accounts and have had no luck buying anything with PP. Please advise.

You only need VBA to fully verify paypal. People add+verify($1.95) vcc to lift $500 withdrawal limit. You don't need a verified paypal to shop. My real paypal has no bank account attached. It linked to my real cc (never verified the cc), I use it to shop all the time with 0 issue.

Wrong. Sure verifying the bank and card with $1.95 charge will lift the $500 withdrawal limit....BUT you need to do both to become fully verified. If you only add the bank of only add the card, you are only a "basic member". You must do both in order to be a "fully verified" member. Paypal will give you a screen that says this information when you confirm the card but you have no bank acct on file. As for making purchases, you can just add a card and go on your merry way...you dont HAVE to verify your account. However, if making purchases for large amounts (thousands of dollars), they will make you become verified.

You must do TWO of these three in order to become fully verified:
-Link and confirm bank account
-Link and confirm credit card
-PROVIDE SSN <--------------------Obviously you dont want to do this

I've had orders canceled because I only had a bank verified. But the address comes up not confirmed which equals canceled orders. Seems to be limits on brand new accounts. Best to do all 3 then wait 30 days.

For address verification, does Vanilla Visa card work or do I need to buy the AVS VCC from one of the market place sellers?

I always get a $25 prepaid VISA and confirm with that. It is better than buying a VCC from ANYONE...and heres why. The VCC that you buy is good for one thing and one thing only, and thats to complete the verification step (1.95 charge). However, if you get a prepaid card, you can complete the verification yourself, the $1.95 will be creditted to your account and NOW you have a working card on file to pay for shipping labels or even fees if you want. You have now saved money. Instead of purchasing a VCC from someone PLUS adding your own card afterwards, you have only spent money on your own card and verified it yourself easily. Thats just how I see it.

If I understand you correctly vi sa vani lla gi ft card works with PP to complete verification (1.95). Gi ft ca rds I am buying have warning on the package that they can't be used for internet payments. Does your cards have same warning? Just want to know whether I am using correct cards. Thanks

I found the answer and it is - Yes, only to verify a card. It doesn't lift withdrawal limit

The $500/month withdraw limit is lifted when you verify a bank account.

Correct mm78. But not only adding the card but you still have to get the expuse code on top of adding bank and card to remove $500 limit.
