i purchased an ebay/ paypal acct 2 months ago and finally got everything working witha a linked credit card and new bank account and had my 1st deposit in my paypal account today and went to transfer it to my bank account and checked my 24c VPN and itsaid it was connected.. So i just succesfully transferred my paypal balance to my new bank account and afterwards i clicked on a new browser and even though my VPN showed to be connected it wasn't..
So i guess i just blew my new accounts on the first time !!
Any input , or suggestions ???

Should i go ahead and unlink and close my bank account associated with it and buy 2 new accounts ???

No. Message the person you bought the account from and ask them. You want to make sure that you are operating the account properly.

However, I can tell you from both my experience and MANY posts here, sometimes one mistake will NOT get your account shut down. It all depends on whether or not eBay or PayPal caught it. You should know whether or not the mistake was fatal within a few days.
