We can't send your payments right now- paypal need help

made this new paypal account a few weeks ago its got a vcc and confirmed email when i try to buy something it comes up with this We can't send your payments right now

what should i do it says contact customer support but i dont want to do that is there another way to remove this

btw i have only been sent £50 into this paypal so its nothing big

Are you trying to buy an item using the PP balance or a VCC?

Is this bank verified?

i am using my pp balance to buy the items

also there is no bank account i dont want to open to many it may look suspicious

VCC will not have been fully confirmed in that case. VCC can only be fully confirmed after a bank account as been added
