Can my paypal be linked?

if i have a new paypal with a new address that cant be linked, if i order something online eg something off ebay or something like a dominos and add my actual address as the delivery address will they be able to link the it to my previously closed accounts?

Yes, you are creating a link... will the name be the same or just the address?

Best option: if you want to buy something off eBay, jusyt open an account for that purpose. There are no issues for buyer accounts even if you use your old banned details for shipping address.

Keep buyer and seller account separated.
