closed papal account

Hi, If you have a closed Paypal account. How do you respond to a case? I am so confused about this. Thank you for all your help!

When you say 'closed', do you mean restricted or have you actually manually discontinued your paypal account?

Pp actually closed it for me. I called and was inquiring about closing it because it said I had a transaction pending. A few days later one of the PP worker closed it for me without letting me know. So it was closed in good standing and now has a case opened.
