Adding another bank account to paypal

I had an account which is 1 year old. Just started selling on it, and sold 1 low-risk unbranded item and got limit increase to 30/3000. When purchasing label for this item, I let it go with both cc and bank acoount as funding source (as for some reason it didn't go through on cc alone). As you see my bank declined it for $2.xx (as it was virtual bank account), and paypal removed it rrom my profile.
So I have few auestions.
1) does paypal still remain verified, even though it has cauurently no bank account, but it used to initially?
2) did payapl see the name (probably it was some ****ty name on virtual bank account) on the account which declined payment or only when payment goes through ? so is my paypal in trouble?
3) do I need to add another virtual ASAP or I can operate it for a while and then add real bank account (so basically it's similar question to - does it remain verified) ?
So far I have not received any emails from eb or pp and everything looks pretty normal
Any exp on subject would be highly appreciated

You need to re-add or add a new bank, it is no longer verified, if you add a VCC to your account than , when u print postage PayPal releases funds to coverage the postage, so when u go to print it gives the option to pay now or pay later

Thank you. What about the name? Did paypal see name of declined virtual bank account and what consequenses could be?
