45 days after getting limited

So it's been 45 days since my Paypal account was limited. I've heard some people have been able to get their funds after 45 days even though it's supposed to be 180 days. Is there a best way to go about this. I will write to them asking them to release my funds. Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you.

There's an e-mail address out there that you can send a message to. I forget what it is but if you google "PayPal appeal e-mail" I'm sure you'd find it. I e-mailed them, took them a while to respond but one day they called and unlimited my account.
