so...my ebay acct was with 100% positive feedback and had no problem..

and last month..i purchased some shoes from ebay and sold it on ebay...and then the buyer opened dispute against me..

he said shoes were ⊗⊗⊗⊗... i really didn't know that... but stupid paypal kicked my ass...now my acct is permanently limited...

*sigh* so im going to use my friend's ebay and paypal account. my question is..

if i open a new bank account from the bank i haven't opened yet and link it to my friend's paypal for withdrawal, will his account be limited..?

will paypal know that i'm using my friend's acct..?
