Hello.
I want to know if I open LLC and will get the EIN number for my real name
Than I will give that number to Paypal (stealth name), can Paypal link that EIN not match to name? or link stealth to real name?

No, not if it is done correctly. I believe around here people recommend a multi-member LLC, but I've always done a single-member LLC and I've never been linked.

Never lie to the IRS. Give them your real info when applying for an EIN. eBay only checks the EIN and the COMPANY NAME against IRS databases. The IRS does not share your personal info with ebay or paypal. So you wouldn't be linked that way.
