 Soft Limitations - Usual Process
Got a few ebay accounts with paypals attached to them, all verified with real bank accounts etc.
The accounts are about 6 months old. Recently paypal seems to be liking "soft holds" on withdrawing the funds to my bank account.
The paypal account will say "available balance" and then like $200 or something. I go through the usual "withdraw" options and then the system just refreshes itself, nothing happens.
I dont get any error messages or anything, paypal just reloads the page basically with the same "available" balance present.
I presume this is a soft hold and I should do nothing, not even login, receive a payment or anything for 72 hours then give it another try?
If it doesnt work after 72 hours is there another time limit I should then try thereafter?
Account details are:
Age: about 6 months
Ebay sales: 50 or so
PayPal: about $3,000 gone thru over the 6 months.
Bank account: linked and verified
