Can paypal see the account info from third party merchant?

For example, If I paid using paypal on agoda, does paypal see my agoda details like name & email? What about ebid?

I dont believe so (unless agoda is owned by ebay as well). They would not have access to another company's resources which is also the reason they cannot see the name of the bank account holder or the credit card owner when theyre attached on their system. Theyre limited only to what is available to them on their own system or affiliate companies such as ebay.
