Do they require verification? I know for some stores when you purchased with paypal, they require verification and if they can't verify, then they drop your order.

What is paypal gifts like?

Oh nevermind. I googled it and realized it's just another paypal company. Paypal-gifts would be subject to the same regulations as Paypal since they are one in the same. No?

I checked it out - owned and operated by PP so you can bet it's same "regulations"

Not going to be of any use to the OP.

He does not believe he needs to follow the requirements.

Requirements for verification appear to concern you.

One of us has to be concerned.

If it stops your making an account and getting limited, then I am happy.

@ithelps, your signature under the "------------" says "I am the eBay god!" - why?

I'm guessing the age of OP is around 14-15. He's making accounts for fun, and don't even plan to withdraw the money to the bank, he just wanna play around with the money and buy gift cards and then sell them on black market to get bitcoin or stuffs. If you are really in the US, withdrawal to the bank and you don't even bother to cash out by buying gift cards.

I'm a power seller with stable ebay accounts hitting 3 digits. I didn't call myself the eBay god, you people did.

No I will not find the thread for you whoever asks. You can go on my page and find it yourself.

FYI, I never said I was the paypal god now -- Remember.

Now what regulation are you guys talking about.

Tell us more of what you know.

Yup, I'm about 14-15; guess it would take you a lifetime to get on my level. 1% at the age of 80. You have about 30-30.1 years left. But you seem to know a lot about the black market. Tell us more.

Usually the paypal gifts won't accept any payments from an account less than 60 days old. You will need the phone. It wil go through or it won't. Never had 1 go through then canceled. Had a few delayed but still showed up the next day. Try small amount first $25.

It'll take me a life time to get to your level? You made me laugh a lot . I've seen a lot of people like you in my life, the type of people didn't know that they're stupid and thought that they known it all. Sorry OP, my account was in Power Seller status since 2008. Plus, I was living and dealing in the black markets since I was 16, and it was 10 years ago. So what do you think I know? You name it. Don't judge people just by the joining date, I used to surf this forum since 2009 but I just decided to register few months ago. By the way, based on the topics you opened in this forum only, I'm telling you, my brain & intelligence are 10 years ahead of yours. I'm not being here to showing off like you, I'm in here to learning things that I didn't know yet. Everything I learned from other users, I appreciate it with great attitude. You want people to share their knowledge with you? Fix your attitude first.

Do I really care about you? I don't even know who you are. Congratz, you're shady since 16. Now tell us about when you were 8.
