Default After 180 days limit, I get withdraw message. But I can't login my paypal.

After 180 days limit, I get withdraw message. But I can't login my paypal. And the GV number is overdue.

It shows below. Any one can help me bypass it. Thank you.

Have you changed anything during the 180 days of limitation with your internet etc?

paypal make sure the account is not hacked.

Were you previously using a VPN, and now your not? Are you logging in from the same account you always used? - seems your cookies have all gone... you may need to call paypal, confirm security questions and rectify this.

its common, if it was a google voice number, that you can retrieve that same number again

go to google.com/voice and get a forwarding phone hooked up and try to get the same number back (you can search for it)

otherwise, you may want to call it or text it and try to get the new user to respond.

I recently had an account do this as well, and I was able to find the new tracfone number user and they helped me by sending me the text from paypal

For future reference, always keep numbers active and to hand 'for the entire lifespan of the account'. I usually keep them for longer than that, but that should be the bare minimum.
