withdrawing from stealth account

If i want to withdraw my money out of my Canadian stealth account would this be possible...

On one of my previous limited accounts i have my CIBC chequing account linked to it. If i open a new account such as saving account at CIBC and link it to my new stealth account will eBay & paypal connect the accounts as linked? or will they think its completely different?

As long as the bank account has never been used by any other paypal account youre good.

Add a bank account that has not been used before with PayPal
Make sure its OK with mismatching name withdrawals
