Paypal payments

Hi guys

when you have a outstanding balance on paypal and do not pay it what happens ??? As they have refunded my customer for no reason !!!! It is -126.00 atm

Not wise to keep it negative for too long - I have had mine go negative (Paypal canada though - uk and us accounts are always on the plus side) for a few weeks without issues but you NEVER know when your account can be limited.

Once limited...it can either be smooth reinstatement with payment or, worse, permanent limitation - you can never be 100% sure with Paypal.
