Payapl Invoices Received as Spam/Junk

Some customers received my payapl invoices as junk/spam, and it makes some of them think I am a scammer, so they never pay.. Does anyone ever noticed that, and does someone know how to fix it ?

Spammers were using $0 Paypal invoices around the turn of the year as a way to bypass email spam filters. So, paypal invoices have likely been added the spam filters of many email clients. Unfortunately I don't know of anything you could do to help on your end.

You can either tell your customers to look for the invoice within their P/P account rather than searching their email, or you can tell them to add an exception to their spam filter.

OK, I read the article, thank you, and it's nice to see Paypal doesn't do anything about this problem ...

when I send order confirmation email to the buyer, I tell them to take a look at their spam/junk folder, but maybe only 80% of them read the email, and maybe only 10% read it until the end ...
