So i got two payments today from the same buyer and then this message from pp.
''You have received a payment that we believe may not have been authorized by
the PayPal account holder. Here are the details of the transaction we are
investigating:''
I don't understand why did pp opened a case? If they suspect something
shouldn't they contact the buyer and not me?
Does this mean my pp will be manually reviewed? |
