"Sorry we can't send your payment right now" only when i send real accounts...


I got a few 4 months old accounts. I managed to run them 500-700$ throw them 1 month ago and another 700-800$ one week after.
Accounts are made on different IP C class, I have no Flash and NO ipleak because of stupid peer connection or bad VPN, DNS, etc(cehcked with ipleak.net and ipleak.com). Now the problem is this:

1) If I try to send money between my accounts, any of them, like CANADA TO US or Romania to US there will be no error.

2) If I am trying to pay somebody else, even if his account is 5-10 years old, in 90% of cases I get "sorry we can't send your payment right now. contact paypal if problem persist".


How is that possible? Why I can send to my accounts ? What my stealth accounts have and 90% of real accounts don't?!

You're account is verified and confirmed?

Try to issue invoice from the account that you can't send to, to the account you are paying from, it helps.

It happens on any account at any time I have found. What I usually do is wait a day then try again, you can also try sending a lesser amount.
