Default PayPal Dispute

As I woke up this morning, I saw an e-mail about a PayPal dispute saying unauthorized, although what made me curious was when the buyer said they had their credit card stolen, so how would it go through PayPal? I know you can pay through PayPal, but I mean how would the persons who's info was stolen have access to the eBay, the PayPal since the person who stole the info would use their own.. Also, the package was delivered, and hours after I received the e-mail of it being unauthorized. Should I contact PayPal?

This is just a standard unauthorized chargeback.

The person likely had their Paypal account stolen with their credit card attached.

I get 2 or 3 of these per month. Upload tracking showing the package was delivered to the buyer's confirmed Paypal address, and Paypal will do everything they possibly can to dispute the chargeback for you.

If this was actually a stolen paypal account and not just someone trying to scam you after the same, then Paypal will most likely eat the loss for the chargeback and simply charge you a small chargeback processing fee.
