Phone verification tip.
Anyone here familiar with Google voice? This service offers a phone call "masking" service along with various texting features. You can add your phone number(s) and it will give you one number in which people can call that will forward to your regular phone. As long as you disable their default "call screening" service your call will go straight through your Voice number to anywhere in the world. I was thinking this could be used to help with verification?
Many foreigners have USA accounts while some Americans have UK/Canada accounts and so on/so forth. I was thinking with a VPN and a Google account from the country of your Paypal account you could have a phone number to match your local address. This (may) be able to verify your address and home/mobile telephone? Best of luck!
