USPS Shipping package lost
 

I ship out ebay order by USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days service.

It is over one week now. My customer call me that he don't receive the order.

I check website and call USPS, they told me will call back 2 business days.

But my customer let me send another one right away, otherwise, he will file a complain on Ebay and Paypal. Also will leave negative feedback for me.

What can I don now? Any one else has the same case?

Odds are buyer will get both. So keep friendly contact with them.

These packages are handled buy humans, lots of them. So a few days delay can happen from time to time.

If package never shows up you can file a claim with USPS. But there has to be a certain amount of time passed first.

Does tracking show it stopped moving at some point? Thats not always 100% accurate. It may still be moving.

But this early on USPS wont really be much help because they want to just wait it out. Again, odds are buyer will get both at some point. Hopefully they honest enough to return one.

If you insured package and it never shows up you can file a claim. But other then waiting it out there isn't much you can do right now unfortunately.

USPS Problem
 

The package should be delivery to GA. The package did arrive in GA and then sending to CA. CA is not my state if they want send back to me.

I don't know why the package sending to CA.
