| | USPS Shipping package lost
I ship out ebay order by USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days service.
It is over one week now. My customer call me that he don't receive the order.
I check website and call USPS, they told me will call back 2 business days.
But my customer let me send another one right away, otherwise, he will file a complain on Ebay and Paypal. Also will leave negative feedback for me.
What can I don now? Any one else has the same case?
Any advice welcom.
